(Al-Muaminoon) 23 : 5
وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ
And they are those who guard their private parts.
Believer will lead a life under the Light of Adhikr which is the Food, Cloth, and Sight of the human soul as explained in verse 7: 26. See explanation 3: 42-43; 9: 112 and 24: 30-31.
